Huda Beauty Pastel Rose Obsessions Dupes

Before we get started I feel the need to tell you that this palette is fucking garbage. Imo of course. Let’s do an analogy! The other day I was watching an episode of hoarders. The woman had trash up to the ceiling and something like 17941 feral cats living, breeding and shiting all over this hovel of horrors. Imagine a residential catbox… this palette is worse than that. The majority of the single shadows mentioned are more pigmented and user friendly. I swatched the best option in my collection that met all of my requirements (sold individually, currently available, cruelty free) regardless of price. But I made sure to list some affordable options that were at least passingly similar.

▪️1 vs ColourPop Say I Do ($4.50, -10% w/ affil code BEAUTYCULT)- 1 is a pale peachy pink matte. Say I Do is darker and more pigmented

▪️2 vs Devinah Runts ($8, -20% w/ affil code BEAUTYCULT)- 2 has a white base with pink reflects and a lavender to gold shift. Runts is the same color but more intense and with a much better formula

▪️3 vs Inglot #702 ($10)- 3 is a very light peachy pink with an iridescent, sparkly finish. 702 has a similar formula and finish but it’s more gold

▪️4 vs Sydney Grace Haven ($5, -15% w/ non-affil code BEAUTYCULT)- these two are both pinky lavender mattes. Haven is darker and more pigmented

▪️5 vs ColourPop Mighty Morphin’ ($6, -10% w/ affil code BEAUTYCULT)- 5 has a swirled pattern of yellow gold and pinky lavender. It’s lighter on the skin than it appears in the pan. To my eye, Mighty Morphin’ looks identical

▪️6 vs Devinah Pancake Bubbles ($8, -20% w/ affil code BEAUTYCULT)- 6 is a sparkly yellow gold with a lime shift. Pancake Bubbles has a similar sparkly finish and lime-y base color but it also shifts blue

▪️8 vs ABH Baby Cakes ($12)- 8 is powder pink matte with mauve undertones. Baby Cakes is lighter

▪️9 vs Makeup Geek Prim and Proper ($5.50, -10% w/ affil code BEAUTYCULT)- 9 is a dusty rose matte. Prim and Proper is lighter but it’s also a lot more pigmented so it balances out

Tada! Das it! We made it to the end! Like I said in the intro, this Huda palette has piss poor color pay off so the majority of the alternatives that I found are similar but more intense. I’ve already posted dupes for the Pastel Lilac palette and I’ll work on Mint next!
