I agree with everything stated except the finish. IMO the finish is more satiny than matte. But it is buildable and easy to blend. I get about 7 hours of wear time before I notice a bit of fading. The formula is comparable to the ABH stick foundation. The ingredient lists aren’t the exactly same but they share a number of key ingredients. However the OPV foundation does have propylparabens. Both products have 9 grams of products and similar black packaging. And both are made in China.

As of now the shade range includes 15 colors with more in the works. The current shade range focuses more on medium to deep tones and less on light which, as we know, is a rarity these days. OPV is a black owned brand. I believe that the owners are Nigerian. I applaud them for doing something a little different than the norm. This is not say that there’s no options for pale skin. ‘Fair’ and ‘Medium Fair’ match my pasty ass quite well and like I said, many more shades are in the works.

I’ve been mixing Fair and Medium Fair for my base, highlighting with Light and contouring with Almond. I like the product and I would recommend it to my UK girls and boys. For those in the US, I don’t think it’s worth paying the international shipping costs when we have so many options available to us.
