MARCH IPSY GLAM BAG REVIEW

IPSY is a $10 a month beauty subscription service that includes 5 products and a makeup bag. The thing that I like best about IPSY is that they include a variety of different products every month instead of giving everyone the same thing. It makes it more fun, at least for me. But you win some and you lose some and this month was pretty crappy for me.

The bag this month is super cute! It’s a fold over bag that’s solid pink on one side with a waffle pattern on the other side.

They’ve definitely been stepping their game up when it comes to bags! Okay onto the items!

DIRTY LITTLE SECRET COSMETICS BLUSH in KITTY PINK ($14)- this looks more peach than pink to me but I already know that I won’t use it. I’ve got too many other blushes that I love. To the reject box!

MARC ANTHONY DEEP REPAIR ALOE VERA JASMINE CONDITIONING TREATMENT ($3)- meh. I’m a hair product snob. It’s pureology or nothing. This will be joining the blush in reject land.

THE BALM BAHAMA MAMA BRONZER ($2)- I’ve got a collection of these little THE BALM samples. I’ve probably got 5 of them now. I like this bronzer but the pan size is just too small. I won’t use it.

LADYKIN AFFINITIC SNAIL CREAM ($4)- this is a Korean beauty product that contains snail secretions which are supposed to be good for the skin. Sounds disgusting but I swear I’m excited to use it.  And the packaging is adorable.

ELIZABETH MOTT BLENDING BRUSH ($15)- thank God! One redeeming item! A brush is always a welcomed addition to an ISPY bag and this is one that I’ll actually use. It’s synthetic but it’s soft and I can never have too many crease brushes.

IPSY is $10 a month and this month’s value is around $38. Kinda low for IPSY. And I’ll only use 2 of the 5 items. Whomp whomp. So if you’re keeping score, POPSUGAR was awful this month and IPSY was mediocre. My last sub box for the month is Sephora Play. Let’s hope that one is better!
