 First the bag… IPSY has been doing a great job in this department! This one is navy blue and gold with really cute star detailing. On to items…

TARTE MARACUJA OIL ($7) – It’s a facial oil that’s supposed to improve the appearance of the skin. Meh. I have much better facial oils but I’ll use it on my hands and arms  

Skin&co Truffle Therapy Eye Concentrate ($22)- It’s an eye cream with truffle extract that’s supposed to hydrate and smooth. It definitely hydrates but I don’t know about the smoothing part. It smells really good and I like it but I wouldn’t purchase. 
The Balm Mad Lash Mascara ($6)- I love this mascara! It has a curved wand and stiff bristles that grab every lash while lengthening and separating. Next time The Balm has a 50% off sale, I’ll probably get the full sized.

Eyeko Skinny Liquid Liner ($10)- I’ve got a surplus of black liquid liners but this one seems pretty good. It has a very slim tip and applies smoothly. The test will be how long it takes to dry out.
ModelCo Contour Stick ($9)- eh. I like that it twists up and you don’t need a sharpener but the color looks kinda orange on me. And I hardly ever contour. However it did blend into the skin with very little effort on my part  

IPSY is $10 a month and this month’s value was around $54. Definitely not a bad return. But the content was so-so for me. I love the mascara and I like the eyeliner and eye cream. And I’ll use the Tarte oil. Really the only item I probably won’t use is the contour stick but to be fair, I haven’t actually used it on my face yet. So I guess it was a decent month but I wasn’t blown away by anything but the mascara. Next up SEPHORA PLAY and POPSUGAR!
