Holy smokes, I think I just fell in LOVE! I could seriously use ALL neutrals, especially from the first couple sets of swatches. They’re totally PERFECT for a gorgeous fall look! Well, it looks like I need to head to the Strobe cosmetics website and do a “bit” of “looking”…. which basically means buying, LoL. It’s going to be really hard to contain myself from buying at least one of every shade!

Are they applied on a base? And are they applied wet with fingers or a brush?
